About

Carolyn Parrs is the CEO of Mind Over Markets (MIND), a messaging and stakeholder engagement company specializing in clean energy, sustainability, and health & wellness. Since 2003, Carolyn has helped hundreds of companies clarify their message, communicate with authenticity, build relationships, and increase their sales upwards of 425%.


As a senior copywriter, Carolyn has worked at some of the top New York City advertising agencies such as Benton & Bowles and Wunderman Worldwide, serving clients such as General Foods, Proctor & Gamble, AT&T, IBM, Richardson-Vicks, Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Time/Life Books and more. 


As an environmental bridge builder and coach, Carolyn played an influential role uniting climate activists with New Mexico’s largest electricity provider which resulted in passing historic legislation making New Mexico the 3rd in the nation to commit to 100% carbon-free emissions by 2040. 


She created Women Of Green, an online community with nearly 10,000 followers that “turns up the volume” of the feminine voice in green. She is a featured author in Thomson Reuters book series for C-level executives: Inside the Minds: Greening your Business. Carolyn was a founding Board Member and 3x past President of the Santa Fe Green Chamber of Commerce, part of the largest statewide business organization in New Mexico with over 1100 members.


Carolyn is the mother of two and lives, works and hikes in Boulder, Colorado.
